Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. Our Alcohol Compliance Supervisors are there to ensure that all employees and guests follow our safe-drinking guidelines! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, communicating and enforcing policies, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
- TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Required)– applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
Responsibilities
- This role is event based and begins 1-2 hours before doors, and ends 1 hour after alcohol cut
- Trains staff on our alcohol policy and ensures it is being followed throughout the duration of the event
- Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to pre-event check lists, signed alcohol policies, alcohol incident forms, and witness reports
- Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service
