Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant required for most positions
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage guests and teammates
- Commitment to excellence, consistency, and hospitality at the highest level
- Passion for food, beverage, and guest experience — and curiosity to keep learning
- Dependability and professionalism, especially in an opening environment
- A genuine desire to create memorable moments and work as part of a collaborative team
