About The Position

As an All-source Analyst, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on an All-source Analyst joining our team to provide all-source intelligence support for the conduct of Psychological Operations (PSYOP), supplementing the planning effort by leveraging intelligence tools and assets to make recommendations in the development of influence strategies. HOW AN ALL-SOURCE ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Conducts friendly and adversarial information environment analysis and integrates applicable findings in support of operations. Recommends Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) and Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) to measure the effectiveness of operations. Ensures operational equities are integrated into the collection plan. Ensures organically developed products are published and distributed through government-directed share portals or content sharing sites. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Master’s Degree; relevant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Experience: 10+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence and assessment. Experience supporting PSYOP is highly preferred. Security clearance level: TS/SCI eligibility required. Skills and abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze, assess, and describe changes in the information environment. Thorough understanding of Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the Intelligence Community (IC), Target Audience (TA) analysis, the Military Intelligence Database (MIDB), and the targeting cycle. Experience collecting and analyzing Publicly Available Information (PAI) and familiarity with product visualization tools. Ability to work nonstandard hours, be on-call, and travel as required. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence and assessment.
  • TS/SCI eligibility required.
