Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an ASA SME to support the development and delivery of a five-day, in-person intelligence analysis tradecraft course for a U.S. Government program building capacity The SME will leverage an existing course framework aligned with NATO and U.S intelligence tradecraft standards and provide instructional support to mid- and senior-level foreign partner analysts. Location: Remote course development support (CONUS) with a single forward OCONUS foreign engagement as part of a U.S. Government team. Level of Effort: Months of remote engagement: 20-30 hours per month for remote prep and support. Engagement with partner nation: 80 hours for travel and in-person delivery during March 2026. Post-engagement support: Support as needed. Availability: Immediate for remote support and first trip forward in March 2026. Objective: To develop and deliver a five-day intelligence analysis tradecraft course designed to strengthen foundational analytic skills, improve product quality, and enhance institutional analytic capacity. The course will emphasize structured analytic techniques, sourcing and validation, uncertainty expression, and effective communication through written and visual products, supported by practical exercises and case studies.
