Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Power BI or Tableau experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead allocation strategy across 500–1,000 SKUs generating up to $200M annually
• Optimize inventory flow to drive sales and improve sell-through
• Allocate product to stores and DCs based on forecasts and performance trends
• Minimize stockouts and excess inventory throughout seasonal lifecycles
• Support seasonal sets, refreshes, and marketing events
• Monitor store performance and recommend in-season adjustments
• Identify slow-moving inventory and propose actions (markdowns, DC holds, floor moves)
• Develop and maintain allocation and inventory performance reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, Visual, and Supply Chain teams
