About The Position

Provides dynamic leadership in the program by creating educational options which lead to academic growth and achievement for all students through a thorough knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, supervision and evaluation, staff professional learning, community engagement, and positive campus culture; implements a student-focused vision and collaborative leadership style to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students. Requirements

  • Bachelor's (Baccalaureate) degree (e.g., B.A., A.B., B.S.)
  • 3-5 Years Licensed School Site Experience
  • Principal License: Initial - Colorado Department of Education
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with parents/guardians in the educational process
  • Ability to create, access, input, retrieve, and manipulate information in various software systems
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from many diverse backgrounds and professions including supervisors, administrators, coworkers, staff, students, parents, and the general public
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
