You will lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team while working closely with front-of-house staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, upholding food safety standards, and supporting menu development and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations during morning service Ensure consistent food quality, portioning, and presentation Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to support performance and growth Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service Maintain inventory control, ordering, and cost awareness Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times Assist with menu planning and recipe development Partner with leadership to improve kitchen efficiency and guest satisfaction This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and enjoys mentoring a team while driving quality and consistency.
