Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas. Our vibe? Good food, great wine, and no fuss. We’re not a late-night restaurant, so you won’t regularly be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking. What You’ll Do Deliver gracious, attentive service to every guest Share your knowledge of our scratch-made menu and curated wine list Create memorable dining experiences with a warm, welcoming attitude Work closely with the team to keep service smooth and efficient Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism

Requirements

Someone who can work predominately lunches, but can also work nights when needed.
Previous serving experience is a must
A passion for hospitality and great food
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and reliability
Must have prior experience as a server.
Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
Must carry at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
