About The Position

Under the direction of the department manager/ site director, supervises and coordinates staff and activities that support department and site operations. Supports staffing model requirements, identifies and plans for staff education and competency needs and evaluates the work performance of clinic personnel. Participates in the budgeting process and enforces standards for quality and customer service, supporting the organization's strategic priorities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of ambulatory or outpatient clinical experience, along with demonstrated informal leadership experience (e.g., peer mentoring, training, precepting, workflow support, or clinical operations) is required.
• Graduate of a post high school program that resulted in a technical diploma, certificate, associates or higher degree.
