About The Position

We’re a scaling GRC SaaS business with an expanding Americas footprint. As our Financial Controller for the region, you’ll provide technical leadership, governance, and stability across a growing multi‑entity portfolio. This is a key role in our finance organisation: you’ll take ownership of the Americas financial operations, lead a structured transition from the incumbent Controller, and play a central part in our Group-wide NetSuite migration. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance and Group Finance(based West Coast) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across reporting, controls, tax, and integration activity. For a technically strong accountant who enjoys improving processes, strengthening controls, and leading through change, this role offers both challenge and long-term progression.

Requirements

  • CPA qualification
  • Solid experience in industry following Big 4 or equivalent training
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or other fast‑growth, multi‑entity organisations
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge and familiarity with federal and state compliance requirements
  • Hands‑on NetSuite experience (essential), ideally including involvement in an ERP implementation or migration
  • Experience with US sales tax, including multi‑state obligations
  • Confidence improving processes, strengthening controls, and working through transformation
  • Experience leading or supporting distributed teams
  • The ability to communicate clearly with finance and non‑finance stakeholders
  • A pragmatic, detail‑oriented, and organised approach to managing complexity
  • This role suits someone who is thorough, dependable, and motivated by building a well-run, compliant, and scalable finance function.

Responsibilities

  • Regional ownership of financial operations: ensuring consistent, compliant processes and embedding strong accounting discipline across all entities.
  • Supporting M&A integration: aligning newly acquired businesses to Group policies, reporting frameworks, and control standards.
  • Leading ERP migration activity: working closely on our NetSuite implementation to ensure data integrity, system readiness, and a smooth transition from legacy platforms.
  • Overseeing tax and compliance: coordinating direct and indirect tax obligations with Group Tax and external advisors, including multi‑state US sales tax.
  • Enhancing processes and internal controls: identifying gaps, designing improvements, and embedding scalable ways of working.
  • Delivering regional reporting: preparing accurate monthly reporting packs, balance sheet reconciliations, and commentary for senior leadership.
  • Managing working capital: overseeing accounts receivable performance and cash-related processes for the region.
  • Leading and supporting the regional finance team: providing clear direction, technical guidance, and development to colleagues in South America and elsewhere.
  • You’ll also travel regularly to work with teams, support integration efforts, and strengthen relationships across the business.

Benefits

  • A senior regional finance role with genuine scope and influence
  • The opportunity to shape the finance structure for a key strategic region
  • Significant involvement in a major global NetSuite migration
  • Exposure to M&A integration and multi-entity operations
  • A supportive environment with opportunities for long-term career growth
  • A modern working culture, based out of our newly established Fort Lauderdale headquarters
