We are looking for an analog/mixed-signal IC design engineer with in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art analog IC design & verification tools. Requirements

  • Ph.D/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with industry or internship experience
  • Deep knowledge of transistor-level design Experience with design and validation of complex analog/mixed-signal IPs
  • Solid understanding of analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, filters, bandgap references, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, OpAmps, comparators and switched-cap circuits
  • Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal design techniques such as small-signal analysis, feedback loop theory and noise analysis
  • Deep knowledge of analog/mixed-signal concepts such as mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power and low-noise techniques
  • Experience with analog/mixed-signal IC development from definition to production including layout supervision, lab evaluation and characterization
  • Experience in silicon characterization and debugging of mixed-signal circuits, including experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and signal generators

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SERDES Design experience in FinFet CMOS technology
  • Experience with Verilog-A/AMS behavioral modeling
