Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Team oriented, with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Superb oral and written communication skills required.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, Entero, and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work some nights/weekends as a potential backup scheduler
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics or Business preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous settlement experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for all Accounting inquires for the butane group
• Assist in the daily reconciliation of Carrier and Origin load reports as compared to Entero
• Butane Gain/Loss Reconciliation
• Run monthly inventory meeting and compile associated reports (ops/commercial/logistic).
• Coordinating Third Party Fixed Price Sales Invoicing
• Coordinating Third Party Index Sales Invoicing at Month End
• Rail BOL Management to Customers
• Truck/Rail Entero Transportation Contract Management
• Verification of Transportation/Demurrage Invoices
• Compiling and distributing morning blend/trace/contract performance reports.
