We're ready to start generating your future today. JOB SUMMARY: The Analyst is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B as a key contributor to project teams. The Analyst works closely with their team and project leader to manage and address client requests through communication, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
  • Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
  • Relocation is not offered; candidates must be willing to relocate to the role location

Responsibilities

  • Works under the day-to-day supervision of engagement leaders, project leaders, or workstream leaders
  • Supports engagement teams and workstreams
  • Contributes to the development of client-facing solutions or internal processes and capabilities
  • Supports the collection of business requirements and/or project information through end-user interviews, document analysis, workshops, etc., and develops them into business artifacts as directed by the engagement leader
  • Works with project lead and/or engagement leader to develop schedules and coordinate meetings and associated materials for team discussions
  • Develops relevant business analysis and project management artifacts, such as status reports, project plans, process descriptions, issues, risks, and change logs, and other relevant work products
  • Owns the development and updates of one or more key deliverables in an engagement
  • Organizes and distributes information provided by stakeholders to the project team
  • Supports business development and pursuit activities, including writing project summaries/descriptions and assisting with other document or proposal development activities
  • Develops and shares their Point B story with their network (former colleagues, social networks, friends, etc.)
  • Contributes as a productive team member and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams
  • Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B values
  • Actively pursues a diverse set of project experiences and development opportunities to increase understanding of Point B products, services, and offerings, and enhance skills and abilities with project management approaches and tools
