About The Position

As a critical member of the Operations and Service Group (OSG), the Analyst, Corporate Actions , will provide a world-class customer experience as part of the Corporate Actions International Dividends Announcements team. The Analyst will be responsible for operational oversight of international dividends announcements, including cash dividends, return of capital, and bond interest payments for foreign securities. Additional duties include assisting with other corporate action functions/adjustments and interacting with the Client Service and Support organizations as well as our global custodian, Citibank. The Analyst will be a key contributor to a positive and inclusive team environment and have a strong dedication to team success.

Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of brokerage operations experience required
• Operational experience supporting domestic and/or international corporate actions/dividends reconciliation and research
• Working knowledge of dividend rules and regulations
• Positive relationship-building skills with a focus on our clients and internal business partners
• Initiative to seek out problems, improve processes, and learn new functions
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a desire to work in a strong team-based environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and assertively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team
• Track record of end-to-end process improvement delivering tangible business results
