About The Position

The Analyst, Demand Management is responsible for leading end-to-end demand planning and customer order management activities to ensure alignment between customer requirements and operational execution. You will serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses while maintaining strict adherence to standard work processes and import/export compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
• Experience evaluating large amounts of data

Nice To Haves

• SAP Experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for all aspects of Customer Purchase orders – scheduling and tracking
• Manage and be responsible for all aspects of customer demand forecast
• Support Program Office and Operations Teams
• Support SI&OP team – Demand Reviews
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to and comply with Stand Work Processes
• Adhere to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
