About The Position

Responsible for analyzing workflows, supporting technology assessments, and translating business needs into clear product artifacts that enable informed decision-making and effective delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
  • Three (3) years’ experience product or business analyst or similar supporting technology products and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex processes and systems into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience documenting and creating a roadmap for existing and future products.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Ability to work independently in a focused, execution-oriented role while collaborating closely with other stakeholders.
  • Experience performing analysis of service platforms and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the defining and executing of the product roadmap for digital transformations across the enterprise.
  • Assist in researching industry as well as competitors to ultimately enhance the firm’s digital platforms, documenting current-state functionality, technical constraints, dependencies, and usage patterns.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data related to system performance, operational metrics, and user behavior to inform product decisions.
  • Maintain detailed product documentation, including process flows, feature inventories, and system capability maps.
  • Support backlog grooming activities by refining stories, validating requirements, and ensuring readiness for development teams.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across technology, business, and operations teams to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Observe users to understand real-world system usage and identify incremental improvement opportunities.
  • Track and report on product delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
