The Experimentation Analyst independently designs, executes, and analyzes experiments to generate insights into customer behavior and inform business decisions. This role applies strong analytical judgment and partners with stakeholders to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software and programming languages.
  • Experience supporting business decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems.
  • Working understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer and prospect needs, and the ability to apply this understanding to support role responsibilities
  • Normal Office Working Conditions: this job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently design and conduct experiments using A/B testing and related methodologies.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify drivers of customer behavior and performance.
  • Independently analyzes Empower data to identify and summarize customer behavior patterns and sentiment trends.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques to test hypotheses and measure impact.
  • Develop analytical requirements for segmentation, prioritization, and targeting approaches.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives.
  • Contribute to improvements in experimentation practices and tools.
