As an Analyst, Guest Intelligence, you will analyze guest-level data to uncover insights that drive growth, retention, and marketing effectiveness. You will work with large datasets to understand guest behaviors, lifecycle patterns, and campaign performance. This role goes beyond reporting - you will help translate data into actionable recommendations that influence CRM, loyalty, and promotional strategies. This is an ideal role for someone who is technically curious, analytically rigorous, and excited about using data to shape business decisions. ideal candidate has foundational experience in SQL and Tableau, is comfortable working with large datasets, and is eager to continue building technical and analytical expertise. Familiarity with Python and data warehousing concepts (especially Snowflake) is a plus but not required. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.
