About The Position

The Analyst II, SOFE Operations plays a critical role in building new Supervised On-Ground Field Experiences (SOFEs) and restoring underperforming or failing SOFEs. This position requires advanced operational problem-solving, contract execution, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive management to ensure that SOFEs support program objectives, faculty requirements, and learner success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 2-3 years of experience in contract management, operational support, or experiential learning program administration.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple contracts, complex projects, or operational initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, data tracking systems, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and lead operational initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience liaising across teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute contracts for new SOFE sites, ensuring alignment with program, faculty, and compliance requirements.
• Assess and diagnose underperforming or failing SOFEs to identify operational, procedural, or compliance gaps.
• Implement corrective measures to restore SOFE functionality, including site coordination, process adjustments, and documentation updates.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams (academic operations, credentialing, placements) and external site representatives to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor SOFE performance metrics, including compliance, faculty satisfaction, learner placements, and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and auditable records of contract changes, site communications, and operational improvements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Analyst I staff, supporting them in executing operational and contract-related tasks.
• Proactively recommend process improvements to reduce operational risks, improve SOFE stability, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
• Participate in the development and rollout of new SOFE sites, including planning, site readiness checks, and post-implementation evaluations.
