The E-Commerce Supply Chain Analyst supports data-driven decision-making across logistics, inventory management, and e-commerce fulfillment. This role uses strong analytical capabilities, warehouse and order management knowledge, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills to optimize performance. This role is essential in improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer experience. It also enables smarter strategic decisions by combining traditional analytics with insights and automation powered by advanced technology. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Experience: Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and experience building dashboards in Power BI. Familiarity with WMS, OMS, ERP, or marketplace systems (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) Experience using AI or automation tools (ChatGPT, Power Automate, predictive modeling tools, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding forecasting or predictive analytics supported by automated systems.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, e-commerce data platforms and marketplace analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital e-commerce distribution network, warehouse, and performance metrics (inventory accuracy, fulfillment rates, shipping performance, etc.). By building and maintaining dashboards that deliver clear insight into critical metrics across operations. Able to use sophisticated data tools(Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros, modeling) to interpret and handle large datasets.
  • Apply AI tools and automation technologies to:Improve reporting speed and accuracy, automate repetitive data tasks and generate insights and optimize workflows.
  • Use AI tools to automate reporting and streamline operational analysis.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and partner with warehouse and e-commerce teams to implement solutions. Conduct root cause analyses for fulfillment, inventory, or order management issues.
  • Support inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment reviews.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional partners (Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Warehouse, Customer Service).
  • Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and be able to provide ad-hoc data analysis to support central initiatives and continuous improvement.
