The Analyst, Marketing Insights reports to the Manager, Marketing Analytics and is responsible for informing optimization efforts and performance tracking of marketing channels. This role partners closely with Marketing leads by delivering clear, actionable reporting on customer acquisition trends, channel performance, and long-lead KPI tracking through recurring and weekly reporting. The Analyst is passionate about understanding customer behavior through data, thinking creatively about how channels and tactics perform across customer segments. This role also supports decision-making by translating performance data into clear insights and recommendations. The Analyst is a service-oriented individual who is interested in accessing and acting upon media data and exhibits the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.
