About The Position

Unit: Pharmacy Benefit Managers

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Time: Full-time
Position Summary : The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patient’s Right to Pharmacy Choice Act, Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Finance OR Specialized training/certification OR equivalent work experience is required.
• All applicants must agree in writing to complete, and satisfactorily pass, a background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Communicating and collaborating with PBM agents and attorneys on case investigations
• Analyzing the affairs of Pharmacy Benefits Managers
• Organizing and mining data in an effective and secure manner
• Preparing reports and other presentation materials for administrative hearings
• Assist in the research and development of new investigations.
• Other duties as assigned
