We are seeking a Pricing & Promotions Assistant Manager to join our Home Appliance PP&T/Planning Team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is responsible for developing and executing pricing and promotional strategies that drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and support overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Korean and English is essential to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related function (experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is a plus)
  • Strong background in financial and operational analysis
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in pricing tools and software
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA; knowledge of SQL and PyCharm is a plus
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (required) — must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both languages

Nice To Haves

  • experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is a plus
  • knowledge of SQL and PyCharm is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing initiatives, spending, and ROI
  • Utilize and optimize promotional planning tools and software to improve execution efficiency
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and effectively communicate promotions
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on pricing performance, promotional effectiveness, and market trends
  • Monitor competitive activity and market conditions to inform strategic decisions
