Requirements

• Experience in financial services or brokerage back-office operations is desirable, with an understanding of basic accounting principles.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required, with a higher degree preferred.
• A desire to continuously learn and develop your skills, staying updated on industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely and accurate results.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or interest in prime brokerage operations, dividends, and corporate actions is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client and administrator operational queries, providing excellent client service.
• Handle trades across equity and fixed-income PB, including trade capture, broker mapping, and resolving connectivity issues.
• Manage client trade and cash activities, settlements, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processes.
• Complete all daily processes and controls, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
• Initiate and drive projects to reduce manual processes, improving overall operational effectiveness.
• Help maintain a risk-aware culture, ensuring potential risks are identified and escalated promptly.
• Collaborate with the business to support project work and ad-hoc requests, contributing to operational excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with the Head of Asset Services and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client support.
