About The Position

The Analyst Security Intelligence will partner with the Director of Intelligence, Manager intelligence and Senior Intelligence Analysts to maintain situational awareness of potential and developing risks capable of impacting the personnel and assets for the MSG Company. The Analyst Security Intelligence position requires knowledge, skills, and abilities related to intelligence collection and analysis, as well as familiarity with multiple forms of information technology and communications platforms. Effectively identify and analyze relevant risks and vulnerabilities and produce actionable products in a timely manner to inform enterprise-wide security operations. Research open-source intelligence, social media platforms, and deep/dark web for known and potential threats capable of impacting our client. Monitor geopolitical events of concern that might impact international travel, corporate events, and/or operations, and provide periodic and timely reporting. Provide ad-hoc intelligence analysis support to Executive Protection/Protective Services personnel and other key stakeholders. Assist in the production and dissemination of both tactical and strategic level reports. Work as part of a team to uncover information gaps that can help identify potential threats in the short and long term. Produce detailed reports to assess potential risks and enhance preparedness for MSG leadership and key assets during travel, various activities and engagements. Collaborate with venue and tour security teams to identify and mitigate potential disruptions, ensuring seamless event operation. Work closely with various security teams across the company to ensure seamless operations and a secure environment. Analyze and summarize large-scale data for C-Suite executives. Perform other security functions as needed to support the Threat Management division . Provide event support coverage for security teams and artists performing at any of the MSG affiliated venues and events.

Requirements

  • Education and/or training experience conducting or supporting intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive research and analysis using multiple unclassified sources and synthesize data into information relevant to consumers.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to conduct briefings that present clear, concise, logic-based conclusions to support and inform the executive decision-making process.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help implement new ideas to help drive the program forward.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while operating under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion.
  • Experience identifying, testing, and implementing new tools and procedures then training your peers on best practices and lessons learned.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and on short notice .
  • Ability to accept tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Is a team player with a willingness to learn and think creatively about solutions.
