About The Position

As part of the Governance, Oversight & Reporting (GO&R) team, the analyst leads Power BI reporting and development for Capital Projects exceeding $30M, delivering strategic insights to executives. Engages daily with senior leadership and communicates analysis with clarity and influence. The Individual in this role will need strong communication skills to work with individuals and teams both technical and business oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience, Master's Degree is a plus.
• Analyst III: 4-6 years of professional experience
• Analyst, Sr: 6+ years of professional experience
• Analyst, Sr Lead: At least 8 years of professional experience
• Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Power BI.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide development and maintenance of Power BI reporting.
• Has a strong understanding of MS Access database.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup, and charting abilities.
• Strong ability to create PowerPoint slides using project data for presentations to executive management.
• Provides industry expertise and applies best practices to project work based on experience.
• Interacts with leadership throughout the organization to understand issues requiring analysis.
• Performs and leads quality control analysis to ensure accuracy and rationale of project data.
