Part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets YOUR ROLE: As an Analyst, you are responsible for contributing to projects that help to answer complex strategic questions using data; for persuading our clients to follow the right data-driven strategy and helping to continue our growth as well as our clients’ business. The ideal candidate has an affinity and passion for deriving business insights using data and is ready to jump in, ask questions, find problems, fix them, build relationships, imagine new solutions, and invent them. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math/Statistics, Data Science, or other related fields/ equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years’ experience performing marketing analytics or similar work.
  • Hands on experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis
  • Hands on experience with Python for general analyses and automation needs
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint to help interpret the data and present a story to client

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or similar dashboarding tools preferred
  • Experience and familiarity with modeling tools like SAS, SPSS, R a plus
  • Be imaginative a have a practical approach to problem solving
  • A self-starter with a good work ethic capable of building good working relationships with other team members as well as clients

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data that facilitates opportunities and insights within customer journeys, including but not limited to paths to key journey stages and understanding drop off rates through the conversion funnel.
  • Develop data-driven hypothesis on performance of leads and lead journeys
  • Create client outputs including monthly performance reports & dashboards, quarterly deep-dive reports, as well as other ad hoc analysis
  • Actively collaborate with other Analysts as well as the Experience Strategy, Analytics Enablement, Technology and Data Science Teams to develop solutions
  • Actively work within broader team to improve data fidelity, availability and accessibility for reporting and analysis
  • Drive efficiencies by working to automate repetitive processes
  • Support QA/QC function across all data-driven endeavors – thereby ensuring maximum impact from our analysis and minimum chance for erroneous conclusions
  • Contribute to workflow efficiency improvements and more effective ideation by cultivating new learning tools, sources and resources
