About The Position

The High Throughput Analytics & Operations team is seeking an Analytical Scientist to support routine analytical testing and documentation for gene therapy development programs. This role will contribute to the characterization of Recombinant Adeno -Associated Virus (rAAV) vectors through a range of analytical and bioanalytical assays while ensuring accurate data reporting in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.
• Experience with compendial assays (endotoxin, bioburden, etc.).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with molecular assays, immunoassays, or cell -based assays preferred.
• Experience with GxP documentation and technical report writing is highly desirable.
• Exposure to liquid handling automation platforms (Tecan or Hamilton) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analytical testing including compendial assays (endotoxin, bioburden, pH, osmolality, visual inspection).
• Execute molecular assays (qPCR, dPCR), immunoassays such as Enzyme -Linked Immunosorbent Assay, and cell -based potency assays.
• Operate automated liquid handling platforms (Tecan, Hamilton) to support high -throughput sample testing.
• Author and review technical reports for GxP studies and manage document workflows in Veeva Vault.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic lab notebooks and analyze experimental data using tools such as GraphPad Prism and SoftMax Pro.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and laboratory materials for analytical testing.
• Support sample management, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and laboratory operations.
