The work: We are looking for an experienced Analytics Lead to manage a team of analytics practitioners and serve as the central point of contact for all data-related activities. In this role, you will: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses. Maintain high standards of data quality and presentation across client-facing materials, including Power BI dashboards, one-pagers, and slide decks. Define reporting requirements and adapt to evolving client needs. Attend client meetings and provide strategic guidance to expand and refine analytics capabilities. Lead technical and team operations across data querying, dashboard development, and analytics workflows. Manage a backlog of work requests, prioritize tasks, and communicate timelines effectively. Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Hands on technical expertise in Power BI, Power Query, Data querying and database management (SQL and KQL)
• Proven experience leading a team
• General knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
• Database management experience
• TS required, TS/SCI with poly preferred
• Must have valid US passport
