Assignment Details Date of Coverage: August 10th – November 16th, 2026 Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave Practice Setting (Pain Management Clinic/Surgical Center/Hospital Based): Hospital Based Operating Rooms Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 0700–1530 Monday through Friday Call Schedule and Call Ratio: N/A Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 50–60 Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0 Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs? (Please Explain): Yes, a mix of practicing solo and supervising CRNAs in a care team model Will the Locum Tenens Physician be Responsible for Preparing the Anesthesia Cart? No Patient Age Demographic (Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric): Neonatal to Adult
