About The Position

This entry-level position works in the Anodizing Department and is responsible for affixing aluminum pieces of difference sizes to onto titanium metal anodizing racks.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years or older
HS Diploma/GED
Reliable transportation during working hours
Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Examines articles for defects and sorts articles according to extent of defect.
Rackers work side by side on a line, with no more than an arm’s length between them.
Frequently lift and carry boxes of parts weighing no more than 30 pounds.
Differentiate between different sizes, shapes and styles of pieces.
Comply with safety policies and procedures.
Wear required personal protective equipment.
Accepts feedback from the Team Leader to ensure the loads are up to safety standards.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
