SWBC is seeking a talented individual to process daily system reports with accuracy and timeliness to include verifying and/or researching system process output and updates internal database information. Essential duties include the following: Processes and formats data for client level and internal reports. Researches unexpected reporting results to include updating internal database information with accuracy. Verifies collection process output in Akcelrant according to predetermined criteria and informs management of unexpected results. Reviews product implementation documentation received from customers for completeness according to structured check-list. Submits and monitors internal set-up requests for product implementation. Initiates and updates internal reference tools including Share Point and regards client specifications from provided documentation. Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency. Minimum of six (6) months of data entry, report processing, or related experience. Excellent keyboarding and accuracy in data entry. Excellent attention to detail and proof reading abilities. Excellent organizational and communication (both written and oral) skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Akcelerant. Able to operate office equipment including a copy machine, fax, computer, and all appropriate printers. Basic understanding of composing reports and understanding of data grouping and data selection criteria and formulas preferred. Able to sit for long periods of time processing and formatting reports or other similar tasks. Able to stoop, kneel, stand, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents.
