About The Position

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will: Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation Collect, post, and deposit rent payments and security deposits daily; manage delinquency reports and issue notices such as late payments, lease violations or eviction notices. Act as a primary contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate, up-to-date resident records and files. Prepare weekly, monthly, and operating reports. Inspect the property, including grounds and vacant units, to ensure market-ready standards. Assist in supervising on-site team members, including coaching, training, and scheduling

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in property management.
  • Software: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Onesite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws, leasing regulations and eviction law.
  • Important: Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
