About The Position
Greet and assist prospective tenants by providing tours of available units and community amenities Explain lease terms, pricing, and property policies to potential renters Process rental applications, including background and credit checks Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewal documents Maintain accurate records of tenant information and leasing activity Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries about availability and property details Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including unit inspections and key distribution Collect rent payments and assist with basic billing or account questions Market available units through online listings, social media, and local advertising Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents to maintain occupancy Address tenant concerns and coordinate with maintenance staff for service requests Monitor property appearance and report any issues to management
