Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.

Requirements

3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Drywalling including painting and carpentry

Nice To Haves

HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
CPO Certification preferred
