Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air systems)
- Strong leadership skills and experience supervising a maintenance team
- Hands-On Skills in: Drywall, painting, and carpentry Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe) Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures) Appliance repair (stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc.) Water heater repair (gas and electric)
- A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders efficiently
- Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
- Coordinate with the Property Manager on budget and planning
- Lead and implement a preventative maintenance program
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
- Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed
