We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Waterstone Place in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance. What We Offer: $18.00 - $22.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications PLUS quarterly bonuses up to $750.00 Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!
