This is a customer-facing role. We’re looking for a senior-level API expert who thrives in direct customer engagement and wants more than a support queue. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our CMS API platform used by FCM partners to power large-scale Account, Order, and Operations workflows in live trading environments. You will work directly with external customers, product leaders, and engineers to solve complex technical issues, design better solutions, and continuously improve API performance and reliability. If you enjoy digging into FIX messages, protocol buffers, distributed systems, and production troubleshooting — and you’re comfortable leading technical conversations with prospects, customers, developers, and executives — this role is built for you.
