APN Cardiology
About The Position
OSF Medical Group is seeking an advanced practice provider to deliver cardiology care to patients in our growing clinic. You will collaborate with 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers· Responsibilities include assessing a variety of symptom management cases, promoting communication, collaboration with cardiologist, and providing passionate care for cardiology patients with chronic and acute conditions. Function autonomously and have demonstrated experience in cardiology management. Daily census of 13-16 Outreach to at least 1 location 30-50 miles from Rockford No call required
Requirements
- Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services
- Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics
