Position Summary The Appian Developer is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicaid and CHIP (MAC) Suite legacy systems, including MACPro System (Appian BPM), leveraging Appian low-code platform. MACPro is used to submit and track state plan amendments, waivers and other types of Submissions related to Medicaid and CHIP, ensuring that the programs comply with federal guidelines and regulations. It allows state agencies to manage their submissions, approvals, and communications with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) This role involves technical leadership, mentoring developers, and ensuring best practices in architecture, integration, and performance optimization. The Appian Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders and global teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions while driving innovation and quality.
