About The Position

Foothill Appliance is looking for a Delivery Driver to join our team! As a Appliance Installation Pro, you are a key member of the team! You are responsible for delivering and installing to our clients. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to drive multiple types of vehicles, i.e., box truck and express van
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to work independently
Must have excellent time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain effective relationships with current customers and vendors

Nice To Haves

1 Year delivery driving experience recommended

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and different routes
Follow route and schedule
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, install and operate delivery vehicle
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jack in a variety of weather and traffic conditions a plus
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 to 100lbs.
