About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled Epic Prelude RTE Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) modules. You’ll ensure system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and integration with other systems.

Requirements

Epic Certification: Epic Prelude and RTE certification required.
Experience: 2-3 years in Epic system configuration (Prelude and RTE modules).
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and insurance verification.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Epic systems, SQL, and integration management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Epic Prelude Implementation & Support: Configure and manage Prelude for smooth patient registration workflows and resolve related issues.
Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Management: Support RTE functionality for real-time insurance eligibility verification and enhance workflows.
System Maintenance: Perform updates, patches, and ensure integration with other Epic modules and external systems.
Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Work closely with the Epic team and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and ensure system usability.
