About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in SAP to join our Finance Application Functional Support (FAFS) team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing L1 Functional Support for the SAP HANA Finance ERP system, addressing functional queries and ensuring smooth operations.In this role you will play a key role in• SAP Module Expertise: Responsible for supporting the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules functional queries to align with organization's financial requirements. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes within the SAP environment. • Process Analysis: Analyze and optimize financial processes within SAP HANA, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals. • Expert Guidance: Provide expert-level functional support to the finance community, addressing recurring queries and resolving issues related to SAP HANA. • Regional Support: Support finance operations across Europe and North America, ensuring timely and effective resolution of functional issues. Your Profile• Experience: Extensive experience in finance with a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. • SAP Knowledge: Strong expertise in SAP HANA, particularly in the context of financial processes. • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial processes and provide effective solutions. • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to finance users. • Global Support: Experience in supporting finance operations across multiple regions, particularly Europe and North America, is a plus. • Software Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow for IT service management, SAP Solution Manager for application lifecycle management, and Jira for issue tracking and project management.

Requirements

Extensive experience in finance with a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
Strong expertise in SAP HANA, particularly in the context of financial processes.
Ability to analyze complex financial processes and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to finance users.
Proficiency in ServiceNow for IT service management, SAP Solution Manager for application lifecycle management, and Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (3 to 8 years) as a SAP FICO Consultant, with a strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including implementation and configuration.

Nice To Haves

Experience in supporting finance operations across multiple regions, particularly Europe and North America, is a plus.
SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules is optional
Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITSM, or Jira tools is a plus.
