About The Position

Application Delivery Networking Engineer The Opportunity: Administer and support application delivery, load-balancing, and remote access platforms across enterprise data center and hybrid cloud environments. Execute approved network change requests while maintaining performance, availability, and security of services. Troubleshoot and resolve network and application delivery issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as appropriate and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Document and formalize procedures, runbooks, and configuration standards to support delegation and knowledge sharing. Identify and develop automation opportunities through scripts, playbooks, or workflows to improve operational efficiency and reliability. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting hybrid data center and cloud networking environments for medium to large enterprise organizations
  • 2+ years of experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting networks across layers 2-7
  • 1+ years of experience administering F5 technologies, including LTM, APM, and ASM
  • Experience with remote VPN technologies
  • Experience working in multi-vendor network environments
  • Experience with network monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with network automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible or Python
  • Experience with firewall platforms, network security concepts, and application-layer security controls
  • Knowledge of data center technologies, including virtualization platforms, and cloud IaaS environments such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
  • Completion of F5 Instructor-led Training
  • F5 Certifications
  • Cisco CCNA or similar Networking Certification
