Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design and develop technical training materials and demonstrations for R&D products and technologies. Train SEL field technical support staff (internal and external) on R&D products and technologies. Maintain a solid understanding of industry technology, SEL products, and technical specialty. Act as the technical expert in the SEL OT SDN technology supporting internal and external customers Provide feedback and priorities back to R&D to improve the solution and maximize the value SEL’s solutions deliver our customers. Participate in SEL marketing and sales activities, industry technical meetings, and conferences. Publish application guides, technical videos, software tools, and technical papers Author and peer-review service bulletins, application literature, instruction manuals, and data sheets. Mentor and/or supervise engineers, technicians, and interns. Perform competitive analysis. Develop project use cases. Establish and perform validation testing. Contribute to existing and new product specifications. Perform special studies and tests as needed by customers. Understand. Create. Simplify.
