Job Summary Responsible for supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities including customer demonstrations, material evaluation, on-site installations, as well as servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems for all products and markets. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and provides training. When not traveling may be called upon to participate in the Call Center Phone Support and CRM system and perform other internal activities. May also eventually be assigned to specific customer accounts as the primary technical support contact. Requirements

  • Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Exposure to the printed circuit board and semiconductor packaging industries
  • Ability to travel from 50- 75%; both domestic and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
