Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of work experience
• Minimum 2+ years of expert level of proficiency in Workday Studio is recommended
• Minimum 2+ years of expert proficiency in Workday Extend
• Bachelor’s Degree

• Master proficiency in Workday Core Integrations

Responsibilities

• Leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes
