About The Position

ADP is hiring an Application Security Analyst. In this position, you'll be responsible for assessing the security of ADP applications by performing engineering tasks that will provide significant exposure in Application Security and learning more about secure SDLC. This role is best suited for driven and proactive individuals with broadly technical skills including full stack development and does not require prior cybersecurity knowledge. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer engineering, or information technology is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software development with demonstrated knowledge of full stack
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Passion for cybersecurity with willingness to learn required
  • Demonstrated expertise in one of the following languages: Java or Python
  • Demonstrated experience with front-end including Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Demonstrated skill with at least one relational database language (SQL)
  • A minimum skillset that encompasses the following: JSON, RegEX, ETL

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing documentation and user guides preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of growth and continued performance preferred

Responsibilities

  • This is an entry level cybersecurity position for an experienced developer who is passionate about learning cybersecurity and growing within the company
  • Contribute to the development (and design) of solutions to assist product security in delivering end-to-end production application runtime and governance solutions
  • Activities may include (but are not limited to) developing test cases for runtime protection solutions, logging integrations and alerting, and database-driven reporting
  • Work in sync with other teams for collaborating on initiatives and interface with development teams where necessary to understand how to improve their security experience
  • Write and maintain documentation associated to all code developed
