About The Position

Cadre operates a hybrid enterprise application landscape consisting of legacy ERP platforms, modern cloud solutions, and numerous business-critical operational systems. While the organization continues to invest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Azure-based services, a significant portion of the environment remains on-prem and requires ongoing support, integration, and enhancement. We are seeking an Enterprise Applications & Integration Engineer to join our IT team and support both current and future business units. Important: The position requires hands-on involvement with legacy ERP systems, integrations, and operational applications, alongside cloud development and modernization initiatives. The role partners closely with functional teams, ERP stakeholders, and IT peers to ensure stability, scalability, and continuous improvement across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working in enterprise application or ERP environments
• 2–5 years of experience with Azure and application development
• Experience supporting production systems, not just building greenfield applications
• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP and integrations
• Proficiency in C# / .NET (Python or Java a plus)
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, services, and file-based interfaces
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile practices
• Ability to troubleshoot complex cross-system issues
• Strong business analysis and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, evolving technical environment

Nice To Haves

• X++ development experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support, enhance, and integrate enterprise ERP platforms, including: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based applications and integrations using Microsoft Azure
• Develop and support middleware, services, and automation that connect ERP systems with: Labeling solutions Warehouse and logistics platforms EDI and third-party business systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot production systems across both cloud and on-prem environments
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Implement automation and deployment processes for hybrid environments
• Establish SOPs, testing methods, and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
• Provide support and training to users on new and existing applications
• Participate in ongoing system modernization while maintaining operational continuity
