Come make an impact every day at Zebra. Located in the Holtsville Enablement Center the candidate establishes the pre-sales support strategy basis for current and prospect partners and end users. Provide Technical Enablement to Partners, Customers and internal Technical Sale Teams Host Immersive Technical Enablement sessions for Zebra products and related technologies Works with partners, alliances, and product management to ensure optimum solutions are being presented to new and existing customers. Provides presales technical sales support to all the assigned selling resources. Typically will assist the Global Sales in on boarding and ramping up the technical skill set of the partners. Assists in any technical design specification or RFP responses. Provides pre-sales support configuration recommendations. Develops and applies methods, theories, and research to provide solutions to technical problems and leverage these opportunities to establish customer satisfaction. Assists in post sales implementation as needed to ensure successful deployment of customer design and solution.
